Revolutions start for a reason, some good, some bad, some even unknown. The status quo preached that revolution is dangerous, bad. That's because the status quo needs to be in control. As an introvert I can fly under the status quo revolutionizing my own energy, functioning on a higher level while co-existing.
The badness of the revolution. It is considered a negative word, the status quo is a master of twisting perceptions.
The personal power of the word, self directed, intentional, mindful, and hopeful revolution of our energy is uplifting to the world.
Educating oneself on the subject is revolution.
Deciding to lose weight through healthy eating is revolution.
Making a difference where you can is a revolution.
Deciding today is the day to stop whatever addiction is a revolution.
Saying no to the workplace status quo is a revolution.
Don't make it bad when it has the power to be good.
Energy has a purpose and can be used for so much good.
You have the power of energy and make a difference.
Small steps everyday lead to major changes and growth over time. Take time each day to filter and understand your energy. Process the way the world around you impacts your energy, then create an environment and culture where your personal energy can thrive. Be exuberant about the power of the energy within you. Pursue the path of your energy and live according to its truth.
God Bless

Insights from 24 Hours on a bike 2016
It's taken a couple weeks to process this years ride and some of the things that took place. Here are some of the insights I garnered from the ride this year and the overall experience.
Working hard, digging deep, acting on behalf of others, and the rewards for all of those things are sweeter than stealing what is not yours. We have a limited time on this earth, mistakes will be made. Work hard and chase your purpose, it will pay off in the end.
I am surrounded by an amazing community. I had an idea to help raise money for the Kids With Cancer Society. This organization does so much for hurting families. I wanted to make a difference. I rode a bike for 24 hours, so many beautiful and caring people created an energy that energy lead to the success of this idea.
Forgiveness is freedom.
Trust can be broken quickly and easily.
Gratitude will overcome all.
Family and friends are wonderful treasures, I'm so blessed.
Ordinary people are extraordinary, they are the difference makers.
Money used for good creates a refreshed and new world outlook.
Energy is an open and vast expanse we can all enter into. When we work together and have an attitude of helping we change society. I am amazed at the life this ride has taken on because of the people who have come to my side in support of it. WE raised the money from this ride. I won't minimize the effort it takes to ride for 24 hours. However it is the ideal of the people who stand behind the ride and donate that makes this thing fly.
Others will join you in crazy ideas. Others will support you when you have a crazy idea.
One can always push a little further, dig a little deeper, and learn a lot about their nature.
We all have choices to make on how we will live our philosophy. Daily we can walk it and witness it in our words and actions.
Our legacy is to serve, that is the highest achievement we can attain.
There is always an opportunity to serve.
The destination is not the ultimate goal, the journey is the true objective. During the 24 hours there were struggles. I knew that going into the ride. When you are in the midst of the struggle it can take away perspective. I had one particular struggle that lasted a long time. Yet it couldn't take away the joy I feel because of all of you. Each one of you who rode, helped out in some way, showed up to support, donated, you're the reason this ride has become a success. The journey continues, kids still get cancer, I can't change that. I can continue to raise funds for their families. We can continue to make a difference in their lives. I am grateful to you all for being a part of my 24 hour journey.
God Bless and thank you

Make new rules if you have to.
Sometimes things we do for good get taken away because of bad actions. It is disheartening. Following the right path of action can lead to more hurt, even betrayal.
There can be no good without bad unfortunately. Like there can be no light without darkness. Playing by the rules is sometimes difficult because people who don't play by them are rarely penalized. So to heck with it, make up your own new rules.
Silence doesn't have to mean you are passive aggressive, it just means that you choose to remain quiet in a messy, loud, and noisy world. Why add to the noise clutter? Inner calm and peace come from not reacting.
Follow your own golden rule, whatever it may be.
If you have to do it without support, just do it without support.
If it is painful, change the playing field to a place that makes you feel happy. Go to your happy place!
When something you have created is made into a negative by no fault of your own. Its alright to feel bad and negative. Forgive and do what you need to do, not what others want or expect you to do.
You're able to break rules that keep you from living according to your true nature or stymie your vision. Quest hard and pursue that which is your gift, your purpose.
Make a mess. Fall down and even lay there for a bit. Never regret trying. Never stop trying. Don't let others dictate who you are, how you behave, or why you are doing what you do. Make faces on the inside if it makes you feel better. Live you're truth, not the societal crud. Live to be the best you can be for the reason you ought to. Who knows you better than you? Therefore don't allow others to dictate anything that you are living.
God Bless
